Hoteza TV (a set-top box-free IPTV solution) and Hoteza Mobile (a mobile application for effective communication with guests) have been installed in a luxury award-winning Al Areen Palace and Spa located in Manama. Innovative hospitality Hoteza solutions installed by NGN International improve the quality of service and increase the revenue.

During the years of operations, the hotel bagged the ‘Favorite Gulf Restaurant Award’ for Saffron restaurant at the Citi FACT Dining Awards. World Luxury Hotel Awards, a globally renowned awarding body, recognised the property with 'Country Winner' award as Luxury Spa Hotel & Luxury Villa Resort and 'Global Winner' award as Luxury Private Pool Villa, respectively.

To meet expectations of its valued customers, Al Areen selected Hoteza hospitality solutions which help please guests with an individual approach, give them new experiences. Hoteza Mobile app took communication of the hotel with guests to a new level and allowed to keep in constant contact with the guests. Using a multi-platform application, the guests of Al Areen now can easily get in touch with the hotel staff, request and receive in-room services and access to valuable information.

Hoteza TV solution was deployed on a mixed park of Philips and Samsung TV sets. Fully integrated with PMS, the solution make all information and services available for the guests at a glance on one TV screen. Since the handover date 1st of March till today, the sales turnover of in-room dining through the Hoteza system amounted the value of 28 658.10 BHD ($76K) with the maximum revenue of 8 175,80 BHD ($21.7K) reached in July when guests placed over Hoteza 448 orders including 70 orders placed via mobile app.

Al Areen staff use just one interface to manage Hoteza TV and Mobile. This results in the reduction of content administration costs while making the content management less time-consuming. Consequently, the hotel staff can devote maximum attention to guests.
